Stay away from this place till the pandemic is over. The place is really nice and the staff is great. The main issue is that its the only hotel that have foreigners in this district and the local authority is heavily targeting it. They literally turned our life to living hell over the last year. This apartment was amazing and had everything we needed. Particularly loved the big kitchen and beautiful interior. Very comfortable furniture, everything clean apart from a few finger prints on glasses and well equipped. The only thing I really disliked was the heavily sprayed corridors.. They've used some kind of deodoriser/perfume to get rid of any bad odours. It was so heavily sprayed it was unpleasant to walk around and not nice having my one year old daughter breathe in those chemicals..

I stayed for a few days here and all was great,the area of hotel,the rooms the design of hotel..The service and the staff were excellent.The rooms beautiful and spacious.The hotel has a mini market inside and a good western restaurant.Beautiful reception area that makes gives me peace when i enter Hotel.A huge indoor swimming pool,i call it a lake,very impressive..Very clean hotel and rooms.Sky light beautiful spacious breakfast room that looks over Beijing from top.Hotel is surrounded by all needs :banks shops ,hair dressers,mini markets,massage store,restaurants,and one of the highest Chinese Medicine store brands"Ton Ren Tang" is a 10 minute walk away. This hotel is perfect and suits all kind of travellers,solo couples ,families and honeymooners. I will return.

Somehow Ascott Riverside Garden Beijing uses some of the room for Confinement Patients, it seems to be a ward with nurses and patients. I think is not convenient for guests and image is not right. Level 7 there are alot of patients.

This was NOT a good experience in the least way! Not only is no assistance but the food is pathetic, the lay out of the rooms is weird and overheated so that you have to leave a balcony door open in order to not suffocate. When you walk down the hallways you feel you are in a hospital since many of the rooms are housing patients because there are nurses everywhere.....like a hospice. To top it off they turn the power off. Ridiculous and upsetting. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Never.
